What is Assist Anchor used for?
Assist Anchor provides an added support point while entering or exiting a compatible vehicle. It is designed for older adults, people with limited mobility, and caregivers.
How does it attach to the vehicle?
It is inserted into a compatible U-shaped door striker and rotated to secure to the vehicle door frame. It does not require drilling, tools, or permanent installation.
How do I check vehicle compatibility?
Compare your vehicle’s door striker with the compatibility images on the product page. If you are unsure, send us a clear photo before ordering.
Can it remain installed while driving?
No. Remove Assist Anchor after use and store it securely inside the vehicle.
Does it replace caregiver assistance?
No. It is an added support point and should not replace caregiver assistance when assistance is needed.
Is it a medical device?
No. Assist Anchor is a vehicle entry and exit support product, not a medical device.
Where is it made?
Assist Anchor is designed and manufactured in the California Bay Area.
